PETMATE® ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF PET QWERKS
EXPANDING PRODUCT OFFERINGS IN THE INTERACTIVE CATEGORY

(ARLINGTON, Texas) August 14, 2020 - Petmate the global leader in the pet supply market announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Pet Qwerks Inc., headquartered in Irvine, California. Founded in 2003 by entrepreneur Jim Gick Pet Qwerks is a rapidly growing company that designs and develops innovative high-quality dog chews, and interactive toys for dogs and cats under the names Flavorit®, Babble Ball®, IncrediBUBBLES®, Zombie®, Bongo®, Alien®, WISH™ and Barkbones®.
